BIOtecas, Valongo

Description

Project initiated by the Municipality of Valongo, created and promoted by the Municipal Libraries of Valongo, which aims to allow access to books more quickly and “without limits”, contributing to the preservation and maintenance of the municipality’s biodiversity. This is a book sharing program available to citizens and/or residents of the municipality of Valongo in open public spaces, that is, in green leisure areas of the municipality such as parks, gardens and squares.
The word BIOteca comes from the combination of the terms Biodiversity and Library.
