Description

The Álvaro Magalhães Iberian Prize, created in 2023, on an annual basis, comes after the celebration of the 40-year career of the writer Álvaro Magalhães, awarded several times by the Portuguese Association of Writers and by the Ministry of Culture.
It falls under the category of Children’s Literature, as an initiative of the Municipality of Valongo and with the support of Editora Tcharan, which dedicates its activity, mainly, to the children’s public.
