The roles expected of all stakeholders are clearly spelt out in the policy guidelines with special emphasis on the role of the organs of the association for their full participation. A clear call for adequate support of various strategies has been made to all stakeholders, Government, NGOs and the general public. Law shall be respected for better efficiency while rewards for best practices shall be institutionalized.

It will help enhance social change and transformation particularly in children and western knowledge in various institutions by creating sensitization awareness through their parents and their teachers by enlighten them to monitor their behavior by offering concrete suggestions by the members of the association.
Through this linkage the association is also keen to create behavioral changes programs that will aid in molding the characters of the youths for their better future.

Illiteracy is the most daunting challenge we're facing in our communities, today it has remained at it is medium ebb despite huge investments in the education sector. Currently as a result of rapid population growth in the society, illiteracy and indiscipline costs us and weaken our community in terms of engagement in beneficial activities and selfless services to the state.
